About

Why ManchFAF$A?
By increasing postsecondary access for all students, we increase the likelihood that more students will access and complete postsecondary programs — vocational, two-year colleges, four-year colleges and universities.  Postsecondary access begins by completing the  FAFSA .
What's New

Beginning in November, financial aid professionals from our state's colleges and universities will host FAFSA filing events on their campuses to help families file this important form. These events are done in a group setting, with families working independently to file the FAFSA with assistance from financial aid professionals as needed.

Changes to FAFSA for 2016-2017
  • FAFSA application available on October 1, 2016 instead of January 1, 2017
  • FAFSA will  accept tax data most families have already filed earlier in the year with the IRS, which can be used to pre-populate many FAFSA questions and reduce the difficulty of completing the application.
